A Dream Reignited, A Vision Unleashed

I've always wanted to create a T-shirt brand—one that tells stories, captures moments, and represents the culture. Back in 2012, my first idea was a collection inspired by graffiti around the world, with each drop representing a different city. But life happened, and the dream got shelved.

Yet, I never forgot a particular graffiti in New York—an owl, appearing in different places, painted by an artist whose name I don’t remember. Looking back, it’s funny how life comes full circle. Now, years later, an owl is part of this story again.

I was never the best at drawing, but I’ve always had a wild imagination—a mind full of ideas, visuals, and untold concepts. AI finally gave me the tools to bring those visions to life. It’s not always easy—I often go through countless iterations to get things just right—but the journey of creating something real and meaningful makes every moment worth it.

Then came the rap battle that shook hip-hop in 2024—Kendrick Lamar vs. Drake. For the first time in years, I felt engaged, inspired, and connected to something bigger. This wasn’t just about diss tracks—it was about lyricism, legacy, and the very essence of hip-hop. As I listened, I saw the images forming in my head, ideas taking shape. That’s when I knew—I had to put them on fabric.

That’s how Barz Unlimited | LA United 24 was born.

More than just streetwear, this brand is about preserving the culture, telling the stories that matter, and making every design a piece of history. Every T-shirt, every hoodie, every print is made with the highest quality, because I wouldn’t sell anything I wouldn’t proudly wear myself. Clothing should last—just like hip-hop’s greatest moments.

Life is a beautiful experience—you never know what to expect. But no matter your dreams, your hopes, rest assured, there is always a surprise at the end of the tunnel. I don’t remember who said this phrase, but it stuck with me:

"Without downs and hardships, how would we know what happiness is? Without sadness, happiness cannot exist."

That’s what this journey has been—ups, downs, rediscovery, and inspiration. And now, I invite you to be part of it.

So, embark on this journey with me—where music, imagination, and art collide. This is more than fashion. This is the culture.

💥 Respect the craft. The rest will follow. 💥

A Story of Freedom, Legacy, and New Beginnings

I am Haitian, born in Port-au-Prince, the city that carries the echoes of revolution and triumph. Haiti is not just my birthplace—it is the land where the greatest battle against oppression was won. It was here, in 1804, that my ancestors shattered the chains of colonial rule and became the first free Black republic in the world.

But Haiti’s victory was bigger than itself. Our freedom did not stop at our borders. The revolution sparked hope and resistance across the Americas. Haiti helped free enslaved people in surrounding islands and even provided support to liberation movements, including Simón Bolívar’s fight for South American independence. And when enslaved Africans in the U.S. sought a way out, Haiti was one of the few nations that offered them refuge and citizenship.

That legacy of strength, resilience, and unity runs through my blood.

Now, I am also Canadian, a citizen of a country that carries its own complex history—one of oppression, but also one of sanctuary and escape. Canada was the final stop of the Underground Railroad, the secret network that helped thousands of enslaved African Americans flee north to freedom.

Between 1810 and 1860, Canada became a beacon of hope, welcoming those who risked everything to escape slavery. They built communities, preserved their culture, and contributed to the very fabric of the nation. Cities like Toronto, Nova Scotia, and Montreal hold the imprints of these journeys—places where freedom seekers found safety, dignity, and the right to exist as equals.

My journey—from Haiti, the land of revolution, to Canada, the land of refuge—is a full circle. It is a reminder that freedom is never given, it is fought for. That art, music, and culture are weapons of resistance and storytelling. That no matter where we are, our history and identity travel with us.

This is what fuels my vision for Barz Unlimited | LA United 24—a celebration of hip-hop, history, and the voices that refuse to be silenced. From the battlefields of Haiti to the rap battles of today, the message remains the same:

💥 Freedom. Expression. Legacy. 💥
